Skills · Employment · Entrepreneurship
Rooted in Jharkhand. Built for opportunity.
We are not a training institute. We are a livelihood ecosystem, connecting people to market-relevant skills, then to the employers, mentors, markets and capital that turn a skill into an income.
100%of our impact figures published only after verification
Our purpose
Talent is everywhere in Jharkhand. Opportunity is not. We exist to close the distance between the two, and to keep closing it after the certificate is handed over.
The gap is access, not abilityPeople arrive able to do something well. What they lack is a route to someone willing to pay for it.
Two honest destinationsA job, or a business of your own. Both deserve equal design effort.
Measured at twelve monthsNot at course completion, which tells you nothing about whether the training worked.
What we do
One goal. Several paths to a livelihood.
Four connected areas of work. Every one of them begins with ability and ends with income.
Twenty-four districts of ability, craft tradition and ambition.
Bundu, Jharkhand. Photograph for illustration; programme photography will replace it.
The differentiator
One skill. Two powerful possibilities.
Some people need a job. Others need to build one. We design for both, because pretending everyone wants the same destination is how livelihood programmes fail.
I want to build a career
The employment pathway
For people who want steady work with an employer. We own the step between trained and hired, because almost nobody else does.
The same structure whether someone ends up employed or running their own enterprise. We follow up past the first month, because that is where most programmes quietly stop.
01
Discover
We start from what a person can already do, and what the local market is actually hiring or buying.
02
Learn
Practical instruction in a real trade or digital skill, taught by people who have done the work.
03
Practice
Hands-on repetition on real equipment and real briefs, not demonstrations.
04
Get ready
Interview preparation, workplace literacy, or a business plan that survives contact with reality.
05
Work or build
A direct employer introduction, or market linkage, mentorship and a route to early capital.
06
Grow
Follow-up through the first job, the first sale, and the first difficult year.
Our impact
We publish outcomes, not activity.
Anyone can count workshops held. The only number that matters is whether someone is earning a year later, and whether we can show our working.

Only what we can stand behind. Two of these figures are real and two are honest gaps. We would rather print “not yet” than an unverifiable number, and each gap will be replaced with real data and the methodology used to collect it. Read why most impact numbers mean nothing.
Where we work
Built in Jharkhand. Designed to reach all of Jharkhand.
Jharkhand has twenty-four districts. Our long-term goal is a working pathway from talent to livelihood in every one of them.
A district is marked active here only when there is a live programme, people enrolled, and a local employer or market relationship in place. Holding one awareness session somewhere does not count, and we will not colour it in.
The first real story from this work will live here, told by the person who lived it.
This slot is deliberately empty. Around ten people have come through our first batches. None has yet completed a full arc we could honestly write up, and we will not publish anyone’s story until they have read it and agreed to it. We will not invent a case study, and we will not caption a stock photograph as though it shows someone we have worked with.
Until there is a real story to tell, our long-form writing sets out how the work is designed and what we expect it to achieve.
BeforeWhat the person was doing, and what was blocking them.
InterventionWhich programme, over what period, and who supported them.
OutcomeIncome and employment status, verified at twelve months.
FutureWhat they are building next, in their own words.
Classrooms, workshops and workfloors across India. These are illustrative photographs under a free licence; every one will be replaced with our own programme photography as it is taken, with documented consent.
Fund one specific step in someone’s path to income
Not a general fund. Every contribution is tied to something trackable, and reported back honestly.
Amounts are indicative while per-programme costs are being finalised. Nothing is charged on this page. Choosing an amount takes you to our contact details so we can confirm everything with you directly.
Accountability
Everything you would need to check us.
An organisation asking for trust and money should make it easy to verify who runs it and where the money goes.
Annual
Annual report
Activities, outcomes and finances for the reporting year, published alongside the methodology used.
Several of these documents are not yet published. Each is marked as a placeholder on the governance page rather than quietly omitted, so you can see exactly what has and has not been confirmed.

Markital is our digital partner. Any other logo appears here only once an agreement is confirmed — we do not display partners we do not have.
