Across Jharkhand, thousands of young individuals complete their schooling each year with ambition and determination. Yet, for many, the transition from education to employment remains uncertain. Years are invested in preparation, particularly for limited government positions, while structured pathways toward industry-aligned careers remain underdeveloped.
Lakshmi Foundation was established on 25 December 2025 with a focused objective: to strengthen employability by equipping youth with relevant digital skills, structured career preparation, and guided employment support.
The Jharkhand Youth Digital Employability Mission 2026 represents the Foundation’s first statewide intervention designed to create measurable, skill-based impact.
This initiative aims to support 100 youth across Jharkhand through a structured six-month program framework.
Youth across Jharkhand who have completed 12th grade or higher and are actively seeking structured skill development and employment support are eligible to apply. Selection will be based on defined screening criteria to ensure genuine participation.
Funds will be allocated toward trainer professional fees, digital infrastructure, outreach and enrollment, administrative management, assessment systems, certification processes, and placement support activities under a structured six-month operational plan.

The current campaign aims to support 100 youth across Jharkhand in Phase I implementation.
Participants will receive structured digital skill training aligned with current market requirements, along with career orientation, resume development support, interview preparation, and periodic performance assessments.
